Cyrus does not capture your credit card details. All orders are processed through the Shopify Payments platform. The Shopify team takes all measures to encrypt your information and keep it safe.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,  Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Unfortunately we're unable to change email addresses. Should you wish to use a new email address, please set up a new account.

Because we're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we're unable to guarantee order cancellations or amendments after orders are confirmed.

Should you need to request an address change or date change whilst your parcel is in transit, please reach out to your shipping carrier.

We understand that you may forget to apply a discount code during checkout.
If this happens, you can request a refund for the discount difference within 24 hours of placing your order.

• The discount code must have been valid at the time of purchase.
• Email support@cyrus.nyc with your order number and the code.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.

Requests made after 24 hours cannot be honored.

The Cyrus team works hard to ensure your order is packed and shipped in a timely manner. We aim to send out your orders within 24-48 hours.

Time delays can be expected due to world-wide shipping delays, sale periods, and holiday periods. If you are expecting a delay with your order, please keep in mind our team is working hard to tend to all customers.

We currently only ship domestically within the U.S.
